Our team conducted an in-depth assessment of the existing road network, evaluating key factors such as visitor flow to Kaufland supermarkets, projected traffic volumes, and the characteristics of the surrounding area. Based on this analysis, we developed a comprehensive parking and access strategy tailored to deliver safety, efficiency, and a seamless user experience.

The parking facilities were designed to be spacious and inclusive, accommodating cars, motorcycles, and bicycles, while maintaining optimal circulation. Thoughtful design elements such as high-visibility signage, clear road markings, and ample lighting were incorporated to ensure a safe and intuitive environment for both drivers and pedestrians. To further enhance functionality, we integrated advanced parking management systems featuring smart technology and occupancy sensors for real-time space monitoring and improved efficiency.

Beyond the parking areas, our scope included the design of access roads and supporting infrastructure, all developed in strict compliance with local regulations. Throughout the process, we collaborated closely with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure the project aligned with safety, sustainability, and community needs.
